A artista japonesa Yayoi Kusama passou a ser representada pela galeria David Zwirner no começo de 2013 e agora está com sua primeira exposição na galeria localizada em Chelsea aqui em NY. A artista desenvolveu um novo “ambiente infinito” semelhante ao exposto no Museu Whitney ano passado e um novo “ambiente infinito” com um conceito um pouco diferente para essa exposição na David Zwirner (conforme visto na imagem acima).

Para aqueles interessados em visitar a galeria, vocês também encontrarão 27 grandes quadros e uma instalação em vídeo. As filas, como já era de se esperar, são enormes, mas valem cada minuto.

A exposição estará aberta para visitação ate o dia 21 de dezembro de 2013. Não dá para perder!

 

Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama joined the David Zwirner gallery in early 2013 and is now having her first exhibit at the gallery in Chelsea. The artist developed a new infinity room similar to the one exhibited at The Whitney Museum last year, and another one with a different concept made especially to this exhibit (as seen in the image above).

For the ones interested in visiting the gallery, you will also be able to find 27 new large-scale paintings and a video installation. The lines, as expected, are huge, but totally worth it.

The exhibit will be open until December 21^st . Can’t miss it!
